FUTBIN FC 27: Database, Prices and Tools for the New Game Cycle

What to expect from FUTBIN around EA SPORTS FC 27, and how to distinguish pre-release database content from live post-launch market data.

FC 27 Early Access begins on 18 September 2026, which is the point where a pre-release card database starts turning into a real live market. FUTBIN becomes most useful once actual trading, pack supply, SBC demand and Evolution demand begin producing price signals.

Database data versus market data

A player database can exist before release using published ratings and card information. A meaningful live market price requires actual trading activity. Do not confuse a database entry with a mature price history.

Early Access is a low-supply market

During the first hours and days, fewer users are playing, fewer packs have been opened and total coin supply is lower. That can make desirable cards unusually expensive or volatile.

Worldwide launch changes everything again

On 25 September the player base expands sharply. More packs, more coins and more listings can change prices even if the card itself has not changed.

FC 27 systems that affect FUTBIN demand

EA is launching FC 27 with several Ultimate Team systems that can move card demand:

  • FUT Gallery and 100+ launch Sets;
  • streamlined SBCs;
  • Campaign Hub content;
  • Evolutions with more tailored eligibility;
  • adjusted ICON/Hero Chemistry;
  • greater emphasis on tradeable rewards and FUT Coins.

Check that the FUTBIN page says FC 27

FUTBIN’s indexed app page may still reference FC 26 during the transition. Before buying or selling based on a third-party screen, confirm the database/game selector is on FC 27 and the Player Item version matches the new game.

First-week prices are not long-term values

A card can be expensive in Early Access because there are only a few listings, then fall after worldwide launch. Other cards can rise if an SBC or Evolution creates unexpected demand. Treat first-week prices as discovery, not equilibrium.

Use more than one data point

Watch recent listings, direction and volume rather than one snapshot. For expensive purchases, open EA’s market and compare actual current listings before committing coins.

SBC and Evolutions tools also need the new rules

FC 27 introduces streamlined SBCs and changes Evolution pacing. Make sure any solution or eligibility tool has updated to the new rules instead of applying an FC 26 format.

Community API connection

FUTBIN is now an EA-approved Community API partner, which gives the service a supported route to certain account data when a user grants permission. That can make personalised FC 27 tools more useful as rollout expands.

FC 27’s new systems can distort early prices

More tradeable rewards may increase market supply, while Gallery Sets, SBCs and Evolutions can create new demand for items that would have been low-value in FC 26. That means old price instincts can fail even for familiar ratings.

Gallery creates value beyond the active squad

Because eligible items can remain recorded in Gallery history after leaving the club, collection-focused demand may behave differently from prior years. Third-party market tools will need time and data to show which card types become structurally useful.

Do not compare FC 26 and FC 27 prices directly

The coin economies are separate. A card’s final FC 26 price says little about its launch-week FC 27 value because supply, chemistry, roles, SBC demand and the entire coin base reset.

Use early data as discovery

The most useful launch-week question is often not “what is the correct price?” but “where is supply and demand moving?” FUTBIN becomes more statistically useful as transaction volume grows after worldwide release.
